Mid-Market Account Executive
NuPeople is building a modern document processing cloud that helps companies turn unstructured data into production-ready systems. They are hiring an Account Executive to scale enterprise revenue and guide technical buyers from initial interest to closed deals.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end sales cycles from discovery through close and early deployment
Guide technical buyers through OCR and LLM-driven workflows
Run deep technical discovery and recommend solutions balancing performance, cost, and complexity
Build champions and secure executive buy-in for production rollouts
Navigate legal, security, and procurement processes
Support customers post-close through deployment and early optimization
Share field insights to improve go-to-market and product strategy
Qualification
Required
Strong consultative seller with experience selling to technical buyers
Comfortable leading technical conversations without being an engineer
Clear communicator across engineers, product teams, and executives
High ownership mindset with sound judgment on deal quality
Hungry, low-ego, and motivated by building something meaningful
