Responsibilities

Lead a variety of strategic and tactical product initiatives

Develop proposals and gather evidence to clearly articulate the benefits, risks, and opportunities associated with new or existing products

Coordinate implementation efforts by engaging key areas of the firm

Create routine and non-routine presentations for the Board and Senior Management

Provide product leadership in complex-wide business activities or projects

Required

5+ years' experience in product management or product development within the financial services industry and ideally experience within an asset manager

Experience working with mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs/WRAP models as well as experience in interval funds, closed-end funds and BDCs being an advantage

Strong knowledge of standard industry programs and proven ability to learn and apply new technologies or digital platforms, with strong research and problem-solving abilities for potentially complex matters

Strong written/oral communication skills and able to interact and influence all levels of personnel

Ability to work independently and collaborate globally with a strong attention to detail
