Sales & Business Development Manager
Party Reflections, Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven individual to join their team as a Business Development/Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing new business opportunities while implementing strategic initiatives to enhance market penetration.

Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute comprehensive weekly sales reports to sales team members, outlining performance metrics, and areas for improvement
Manage and mentor sales team, ensure performance metrics are met for each member, create and manage development plans for team, set individual sales goals, and conduct performance reviews
Onboard and train new team members
Maintain accurate records of sales expenses, facilitating timely reimbursement and budget tracking
Oversee the implementation and compliance of sales processes and procedures, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency and efficiency
Act as a liaison between sales representatives and other department managers, addressing any concerns or feedback raised during sales meetings
Develop and maintain a source of sales strategies and best practices, accessible to the sales team for reference and training purposes
Interact with key customers, solve customer service issues, fill in for Account Executives as needed
Forecast sales, set sales goals, and monitor market dynamics including pricing, competition, and trend
Develop local sales strategy and manage pricing strategy to maximize revenue
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
Maintain industry awareness and adapt strategies accordingly to stay ahead of market changes
Participate in the P&L process, maintain product knowledge, and leverage network for business development opportunities
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and generate revenues
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry influencers
Develop effective sales strategies that lead to increased sales opportunities and revenue growth
Support Sales Team efforts in closing deals
Participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, adapt business development strategies accordingly
Actively engage in community outreach activities and effectively represent the company's core values
Provide valuable insights and market intelligence through thorough market research and analysis
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize business development opportunities
Pursue community outreach initiatives and embody the organization's core values
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in sales leadership
Experience in business development
Strong strategic planning skills
Ability to drive revenue growth
Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams
Ability to prepare and distribute comprehensive sales reports
