Responsibilities
Creating project and task breakdowns
Identifying functional and non-functional requirements
Developing conceptual visualizations and illustrations of layouts, site plans, and perspective views
Collaborating with integrated project teams (IPTs) and stakeholders to capture their input
Conducting research and utilizing existing templates and previous projects
Performing FRD/PRS reviews and comment resolution
Finalizing documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Demonstrated experience in mechanical engineering with specific focus on building systems and equipment
Knowledge and experience with fire protection systems
Experience with utility systems and infrastructure projects
Strong technical writing skills with experience developing FRDs, PRS, or similar technical documentation
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in creating conceptual visualizations, layouts, and site plans
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Local candidates preferred; remote work acceptable with one on-site visit per month
