Responsibilities
Strong experience administering and troubleshooting the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including but not limited to SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, and related services
Proven experience administering, deploying, and configuring Azure services, including Azure Compute, Azure Networking, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and Entra ID
Experience configuring, managing, and monitoring Microsoft Defender XDR
Hands-on experience supporting and delivering projects such as email migrations to Microsoft 365, SharePoint migrations, Entra ID migrations, Microsoft Intune configurations (including Mobile Device Management), and Microsoft Teams Phone deployments
Experience with the configuration, administration, and deployment of firewalls, switches, and wireless access points (WAPs)
Ability to support and assist with onboarding new customers
Willingness and ability to provide support desk assistance as needed
Qualification

4+ years of Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience is strongly preferred
