Required

Active MO CNA certification

Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nurses Aide (CNA)

Ability to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients

Willingness to work part-time hours including weekends

Flexibility in scheduling

Ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs)

Ability to assist with light housekeeping tasks

Ability to assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, nail care, and oral feeding

Ability to perform vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration

Ability to assist with home management tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc

Ability to assist with ambulation and medication assistance

Ability to use mechanical lifting devices for transfers
