Provide safety and technical training

Delivering high-quality training in alignment with GWO standards
Ensuring an engaging and safe learning environment
Effectively engaging with participants to address their needs
Maintaining training materials
Assisting with equipment preparation as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Teaching skills to deliver complex information clearly and effectively
Experience in Training and Customer Service to support and engage trainees and address their needs effectively
Sales aptitude to promote training programs and assist trainees with registration and other services
Knowledge of safety protocols, leadership abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
Physical fitness and capability for conducting hands-on safety drills and activities
Preferred
Relevant certifications, such as GWO Trainer Certification or equivalent credentials
