Responsibilities
This internship will focus on project managing two key internal initiatives within our Marketing department: Process Creation & Documentation
Help design and document clear, repeatable processes for managing food and non-food products
Support the organization and standardization of image files and related assets
Assist in defining how work flows from intake to execution across team
Legacy Data Migration
Help move existing (legacy) product and image data into newly defined processes
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and organization during the transition
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement along the way
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in project management, operations, or marketing
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing tasks independently and tracking progress
Self-directed, with the ability to ask questions and take initiative
Tenacious follow-through - you don't drop balls and you close loops
Clear communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, shared documents, and digital tools (experience with project management tools is a plus, but not required)
High School diploma or equivalent required
Must be enrolled in a Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related program at an accredited college or university
