Administrative Assistant
The Greater Baltimore Committee is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrative assistant to join their Operations team. This role will manage a variety of administrative tasks, including calendar management, event support, and coordination between teams and external partners, while leveraging technology tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the Operations team, other GBC teams, and external partners and stakeholders
Coordinate and support preparation and follow up from meetings, retreats and team building activities, conferences, and events
Manage calendars for team members, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and convenings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
Leverage technology tools and support data capture and quality in GBC’s core systems, supporting GBC’s technology transformation roadmap (i.e. Salesforce, SharePoint, Monday.com)
Coordinate cross-functionally and gather relevant data and input to support decision-making
Other duties as assigned, including handling general administrative tasks, i.e. credit card reconciliation, email correspondence, phone inquiries, and supporting preparations of grant applications and reports
