Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with digital and broadcast campaigns
Assist the sales team with collections/invoices
Order entry for advertising orders for digital and broadcast orders/revisions when necessary
Create Aging reports for the sales team, make deposits and collection calls when necessary
Handle incoming calls and greet visitors if needed
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
One-Three years of experience in sales support or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook)
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and work with diverse personalities
Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable and punctual attendance
