They are seeking a Repair Technician to perform repairs on aircraft components, ensuring compliance with customer requirements through rigorous testing and inspection.

Responsibilities
Interpret Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM’s), assembly blueprints, drawings, schematics and engineering specifications
Use a variety of hand tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications
Builds, tests and repairs/overhauls a variety of aircraft components and sub-assemblies
Cleans, assembles, disassembles and replaces parts as required
Records time on labor sheets for each process of repaired
Inspects all parts for cleanliness and flaws
Sends repaired products to test or to quality assurance final inspection
Qualification
Required
2 years electro-mechanical assembly
Must be able to read and interpret CMM's, blueprints, drawings, schematics and specifications
Must be familiar with FAA CFR's, EASA part 145 and AS9100 Regulations
Must be able to pass FAA Drug and Alcohol test
Must be knowledgeable in the use of MRP computer systems
Must have working knowledge of basic shop math and be able to complete basic electrical formulas
Must be able to accurately and efficiently use a variety of assembly hand tools and precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers and dial indicators
Preferred
Airframe & Power Plant Certificate a plus but not required
Associate's degree a plus but not required
Preferred experience in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment
