Responsibilities

Define project scope objectives and deliverables in alignment with business goals

Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation strategies

Prepare and manage project budgets ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets

Track expenditures and provide regular financial reporting to stakeholders

Communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams vendors and senior leadership

Manage expectations and ensure timely updates on project progress and risks

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

Resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets

Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with standards

Understand system architecture integrations and technical dependencies

Ensure projects adhere to organizational policies regulatory requirements and PMP best practices

Required

Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
