Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Examine the HVAC systems in the residential homes of our customers
Run airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements
Determine the best equipment for the customer's home and create a plan
Present options and assist customers in making the best decision for their family
Work closely with our HVAC install team to assure an excellent customer experience
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or GED
Prior experience in residential HVAC sales is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Physically able to move equipment and crawl into attics
A flexible schedule to work evening and weekend calls
Valid and clean driving record and background
Preferred
Preferred experience using a Customer Service Software such as Service Titan
