Responsibilities

Dive into logs to identify patterns and escalate critical issues across cross-functional teams
Develop encyclopedic knowledge of AI systems and frameworks, spanning from server-side architecture to on-device components
Thrive on solving puzzles and synthesize complex issues into clear and actionable insights

Qualification

Required

Excellent written, verbal communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with great attention to details
Bachelors in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

Preferred

Previous experience in debugging, analyzing system logs, or crash reports
Experience with machine learning systems, AI technologies, or voice assistants
Familiarity with macOS, iOS, or other Apple platforms and developer tools
Familiarity with python and shell scripting
