Responsibilities

Follow established work instructions to assemble hems and complete graphics on Matic/Consew machines

Sew beading to fabric; add hardware and fasteners; apply decorative seams to spec

Use foot lever and hand controls to maintain speed and precision while performing in-process QC

Align fabric, backing, aluminum stays, elastic, and Velcro; track seams, edges, and markings

Execute various stitch types including vertical and straight stitches

Trim threads/edges and verify stitch placement with gauges

Sort, fold, and stack finished fabrics, borders, or panels

Change needles and rethread machines as needed to keep work flowing

Qualification
