TruHeight Vitamins is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper / Accounting Associate to manage day-to-day accounting operations across various revenue streams. This role is essential for maintaining clean financial records and ensuring accurate reporting as the company scales.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day bookkeeping across all entities

Maintain accurate general ledger using cash-basis accounting (with accrual-style discipline where needed for reporting)

Execute monthly close on a strict timeline

Prepare clean month-end packages for leadership and external CPA

Reconcile revenue across: Shopify, Amazon Seller Central / FBA, Wholesale / manual invoices, Subscriptions

Reconcile payment processors: Stripe, PayPal, Amazon disbursements, Any alternative processors

Identify and explain variances between internal reporting and P&L

Track inventory movements and valuation in coordination with operations

Support landed COGS calculations (manufacturing, freight, duties, 3PL fees)

Assist with inventory reconciliations and adjustments

Prepare data needed for audits, insurance, and investor diligence

Manage AP workflow: Manufacturers, 3PLs, Agencies, Contractors

Ensure invoices are accurate, coded correctly, and paid on schedule

Support AR tracking for wholesale and international partners

Assist with: Sales tax tracking and filings (multi-state), Audit support (state, sales tax, etc.)

Maintain clean documentation for external tax advisors

Produce weekly and monthly financial snapshots: Revenue, Gross margin, Operating expenses

Support leadership with ad hoc financial questions and reconciliations

Flag anomalies early—before they become problems
