Responsibilities
Familiarity with agentic design patterns: single-agent vs multi-agent systems, orchestration, tool use, function calling, and reasoning workflows
Ability to evaluate trade-offs between model selection (GPT, Claude, Gemini, open source), cost, latency, and performance
Understanding of guardrails, responsible AI, hallucination mitigation, and compliance considerations
Awareness of the GenAI ecosystem: LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma), and cloud GenAI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI)
GenAI Transformation & Delivery: Experience developing and executing GenAI strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Ability to identify, prioritize, and build business cases for high-impact GenAI use cases across functions
Experience assessing use case feasibility: technical complexity, data readiness, model fit, ROI, and go/no-go recommendations
Track record of driving enterprise-scale GenAI adoption from POC to production
Ability to define success metrics, governance frameworks, and evaluation criteria for GenAI initiatives
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across technology, data, product, and business
Strong executive communication skills: ability to articulate GenAI value, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership
Experience driving organizational change and building GenAI capabilities across teams
Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and systems across the full stack, from data pipelines to front-end applications
Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software engineers to define and execute the technical roadmap for generative AI projects
Lead the architecture and design of generative AI systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
Develop and implement best practices for generative AI model development, deployment, and monitoring

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on generative AI initiatives
Design generative AI models and outputs seamlessly into user interfaces
Stay up to date on the latest front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) and apply them to generative AI projects
Optimize front-end performance and responsiveness for various platforms and devices Azure. Collaborate with designers and UI/UX experts to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience
Design robust and scalable back-end APIs for generative AI models
Implement efficient data pipelines to feed data to and extract outputs from generative AI models
Choose and optimize backend technologies (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) based on model requirements and system limitations
Ensure the security and reliability of generative AI systems in production
Utilize M365 Power platforms Co-pilot to enhance Gen AI Capabilities in the o365 applications
Frame proper architecture, governance and data loss prevention policies for Co-Pilot to be implemented in the organisation
Leverage AI Builder to incorporate artificial intelligence capabilities into Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate workflows
Guide the application engineers to design, develop, and implement applications and integrations utilizing Microsoft Graph APIs

GenAI Technical Knowledge: Understanding of LLM fundamentals: how models process information, context windows, token limits, temperature, prompt engineering
Knowledge of RAG architecture: chunking strategies, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval patterns, and evaluation metrics
Experience with generative AI models and techniques, such as GANs, VAEs, and autoregressive models
Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
