Responsibilities

Meet and exceed the monthly sales quotas per the signed Employment Agreement

Schedule and attend home visits to execute the sale

Educate and sell the agency’s services

Identify and cultivate relationships within the industry at facilities such as Rehabilitation Centers, Assisted Living Facilities or Doctors

Continuously follow up with leads via telephone and email

Provide exceptional customer service to existing or potential clients

Assess needs and manage home care services continually with clients for purposes of upselling

Ensures the quality of care for clients and their families, as appropriate in addition to being the responsive and reliable primary point of contact for your existing clients

Enter all notes accurately in our Enterprise Management Tool (EMT) CRM to maintain accurate records and regular reporting

Show willingness and aptitude to take appropriate steps in finding solutions to problems to overcome sales objectives

Maintain a positive "can do" outlook, rebound quickly from frustrations and unpleasantness, and maintains composure and friendly demeanor while dealing with stressful situations
