Responsibilities

Oversee and participate in document review projects, including e-discovery, privilege reviews, and production tasks
Manage document and second level review teams
Assist with managing case files, organizing evidence, and coordinating with clients, witnesses, and experts. Track case progress and maintain accurate documentation
Work closely with partners, associates, and paralegals to ensure efficient and effective legal service delivery
Conduct thorough legal research using various databases and resources. Analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents to support litigation and transactional matters
Prepare, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents, including memoranda, briefs, pleadings, contracts, and discovery materials
Draft client correspondence and assist with responding to client inquiries
Ensure all legal work complies with applicable laws, firm policies, and ethical standards

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and good standing in the state of practice
1-3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a large law firm environment
Expertise in Relativity and knowledge of various applications of legal technology
Proficiency with legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
Experience with project and vendor management
Knowledge of e-discovery process, especially document review and production
Strong research, writing, communication, and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

Preferred

Experience with complex litigation or transactional matters
Familiarity with large-scale document review and case management systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
