Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for study logistics and day-to-day operations
Seamlessly utilize software tools for non-developers to translate study content into code
Have strong interpersonal skills, be detailed-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated
Serve as the hub across teams and roles, including physicians, researchers, data scientists, and engineers
Troubleshoot to correct problems from study software, study operations, and participant experiences

Required

Bachelor's degree
5+ years project / program management experience
Strong background working in health research
Experience working with software (e.g. detailing product, feature, and/or content requirements for engineering team, using software tools to translate content into code, handling updates within pre-set software schedules)
Comfortable managing projects to firm deadlines; highly organized
Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with ability to adapt depending on the audience

Preferred

Simplified Chinese language skills
Comfortable collaborating with technical teams
