Responsibilities
Process payroll and manage payroll procedures
Manage certificate of insurance requests
Support 401k plan administration
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Complete daily and monthly sales and operational reporting
Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Support internal and external audits
Identify and implement process improvements within accounting operations
Participate in collection activities
Oversee electronic invoicing
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience
3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
Demonstrated ability to use ERP systems as well as MS Outlook, Word, & Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to use independent judgment and safeguard confidential information
Willingness and ability to make timely decisions using sound and accurate judgment
