Vice President of Sales

BrightLake.ai is seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Sales, North America to drive the growth of their Apple ASA services. This role involves developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and collaborating with teams to achieve revenue targets in a team-selling environment.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for Apple ASA services
Identify and target potential clients in the apps gaming industry and across industry verticals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Work in a team environment with the VP of Sales Op’s and Client Engagement to target, schedule, present to, convert into customers and grow current and new business opportunities
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities; provide regular CRM updates on sales activity, pipeline status and forecasts in conjunction with the VP of Sales Op’s and Client Engagement
Present and demonstrate the value of Apple ASA services to prospective clients: Demo the platform, in a team-sales environment (Hunter & Farmer Team) to potential clients
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Collaborate with the Sales Op’s, Marketing, Operation and Leadership teams to create compelling sales & marketing materials and campaigns including case studies and white papers
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts, both verbally and via the CRM
Travel to industry conferences, client meetings and company meetings as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in user acquisition within the apps gaming and other industry verticals
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets/KPI's
In-depth knowledge of Apple ASA services and digital marketing strategies
Strong network within the apps and gaming community
Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation and technical skills
High level of IQ and EQ
Proficient in using CRM
Proficiency in English is a must
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred

Strong Presentation Skills - Challenger Sales Training
Experience with other app store advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Familiarity with data analytics and performance metrics
Ability to use CRM
