Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural and life safety

Develop and maintain positive client relationship

Conflict resolution and solution analysis; identify or partner with other internal areas to deliver more specialized services to client

Provide contract compliance management and quality control

Responsible for overseeing the JLL Engineering and Compliance program

Preparation of detailed budgets for operations

Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports

All other duties and tasks assigned
