We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Analyst to support the firm’s investment processes through market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to identify promising investment opportunities.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities within the real estate sector
Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential investments, including cash flow analysis, risk assessment, and valuation
Perform due diligence on prospective investments by analyzing financial statements, legal documents, and market data
Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal review and client communication
Support the deal execution process, including negotiations, documentation, and closing activities
Monitor and manage existing investments, providing ongoing analysis and reporting on performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on investment strategies and operational initiatives
Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and economic factors affecting investment decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or financial analysis
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA)
Familiarity with financial software and databases
