Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership for water and wastewater construction projects throughout Utah
Oversee multiple project teams, including Project Executives, Project Managers, and Superintendents
Serve as a senior leader and trusted partner to municipalities, owners, engineers, and key stakeholders
Drive project performance related to schedule, budget, quality, safety, and risk management
Support business development, preconstruction, and pursuit strategies for upcoming water and wastewater work
Establish and enforce best practices for project execution, safety culture, and operational consistency
Mentor and develop leadership talent within the water and wastewater group
Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategy, staffing, and long-term planning
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in water/wastewater or heavy civil construction
Proven leadership experience overseeing large, complex municipal water and wastewater projects
Strong understanding of treatment plant construction and water infrastructure delivery methods
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple project teams and manage a regional portfolio
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Preferred
Experience working with public agencies and municipalities in Utah
