Senior LevelCI Search Group has partnered with a highly successful consumer operating company seeking a Senior Manager of Tax to lead and scale its tax function during an exciting period of growth. This role reports directly to executive finance leadership and will own the tax function end-to-end, including income tax accounting, compliance, planning, audit management, and strategic partnership with leadership.

Lead and scale the tax function during a period of growth
Own the tax function end-to-end, including income tax accounting, compliance, planning, audit management, and strategic partnership with leadership
Modernize and scale tax processes
Provide strong leadership and mentorship
Have a long-term strategic impact on the business
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading and scaling tax functions
Strong knowledge of income tax accounting, compliance, planning, and audit management
Ability to partner strategically with executive leadership
Experience with complex entity structures and potential IPO readiness initiatives
Strong technical tax exposure including ASC 740, multi-state, partnerships, and complex structures
Proven leadership and mentorship skills
