Responsibilities
Monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets, WIP, depreciation, amortization, debt, and equipment schedules
Collecting and analyzing data regarding investments and growth for the company
Supervision of all departments to improve time efficacy, cash flow management and production
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or MBA
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical specifications, governmental regulations, write reports, correspond and communicate effectively
Language Skills: English and Spanish
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, Microsoft Server and Network. Knowledge of QuickBooks, and Sage 100 Contractor
Required: Construction Experience
