Responsible for hardware design release activities for Battery Management System (BMS) components, ensuring compliance with automotive EV requirements from concept through production

Coordinate cross-functionally with systems, software, validation, manufacturing, and Tier-1 suppliers to support timely and high-quality product launches

Manage engineering documentation, design changes (ECN/ECR), and release deliverables while ensuring manufacturability, reliability, and quality standards

Support hardware validation, DFMEA, and issue resolution related to electrical performance, EMI/EMC, and functional safety
