Responsibilities

Support full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for clinical and non-clinical CTC roles
Partner with HR and operations to meet hiring targets
Utilize ATS tools and sourcing strategies to deliver qualified candidates
Manage candidate data, reporting, and daily recruiting coordination
Contribute to process improvements and provide an exceptional candidate experience

Required

Support full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for clinical and non-clinical CTC roles
Partner with HR and operations to meet hiring targets

Contribute to process improvements and provide an exceptional candidate experience
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and work fast with shifting deadlines
A collaborative mindset and customer-service approach

Preferred

Undergraduate degree preferred
1–3 years of recruiting or strong administrative/coordination experience preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office skills; ATS experience helpful
