Responsibilities
Serve as the primary security liaison for assigned business units or product lines, translating business objectives into actionable, risk-orientated security priorities
Represent Information Security in executive and product leadership forums, articulating the business value of proactive risk management
Partner with colleagues across Product, Technology, Compliance, and Go-To-Market teams to lead early security discussions and ensure security requirements are identified, tracked, and embedded across the full product lifecycle
Help establish clear, repeatable processes that make it easy for teams to understand security expectations
Use measurable metrics and reporting to track progress and demonstrate value to the business
Contribute to the maintenance of risk registers, quantifying financial impact and coordinating mitigation efforts across cross-functional stakeholders
Partner with the wider Information Security team to ensure effective communication, consistency of standards, and measurable business outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experience in a senior role in any of the following areas: Security, Product, Technology, Strategy, Operations, Risk, Customer Success, or Commercial leadership
Experience working within cross-functional teams, with a proven ability to build consensus among diverse groups
Skilled at translating complex information into clear insights that help leaders make well-informed decisions
Comfort evaluating different types of risks and helping others understand them
Strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
A natural curiosity and pro-active approach to learning - especially when it comes to how products work, how customers use them, and how security supports trust
Willingness to learn about core security concepts — we will support and invest in your development
Preferred
Advanced degrees or certifications are welcomed but not required
