Responsibilities
Lead the Architectural Evolution of the AI Coach: Serve as a primary architect for iFIT’s AI Coach, transforming it into the industry-standard holistic health and fitness ecosystem
Engineer High-Fidelity Consumer Experiences: Design and deploy nuanced, hyper-personalized AI interactions that drive long-term user retention and value
Pioneer the Future of Connected Health: Command cutting-edge Generative AI research to develop proprietary features that redefine the boundaries of the fitness category
Drive Organizational Excellence: Partner with cross-functional leadership to institutionalize innovation, agility, and a culture of rigorous technical standards
We are looking for an elite technical leader who specializes in the design and orchestration of resilient multi-agent systems. You will be the technical cornerstone of the cross-functional team responsible for the AI Coach
Architect and Operationalize AI Coach Capabilities: Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of agentic workflows
Interdisciplinary Technical Leadership: Collaborate with high-impact teams to ship production-grade code that balances performance with stability
Institutionalize Data & Observability: Build the foundational infrastructure for automated evaluation harnesses (Evals) and deep application observability
Set the Engineering Standard: Define the architectural roadmap and best practices for the company’s AI-driven ecosystem
Optimize Model Performance: Advance foundational LLM capabilities through sophisticated prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG optimization
Strategic Horizon Scanning: Ensure iFIT maintains a competitive edge by proactively integrating emerging AI methodologies and frameworks
Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture through expert guidance and peer development in modern AI and software paradigms
Qualification
Required
8+ years of senior-level engineering and AI experience, with a focus on large-scale systems
Deep mastery of Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Llama-Index) and a history of deploying and maintaining mission-critical agentic applications
Distinguished expertise in production-level Python and/or TypeScript development
Proven agility in rapid prototyping without compromising long-term system integrity
Demonstrated experience scaling multi-agent architectures to handle high-concurrency production loads
