Client Success Manager

They are seeking a Client Success Manager to own client relationships, develop media strategies, and analyze performance across channels for major accounts. This role involves strategic ownership and communication with clients to drive impactful marketing decisions.

Responsibilities
Develop and refine full-funnel marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, CTV, and email
Analyze cross-channel attribution and make budget allocation recommendations
Identify when campaigns need optimization versus when they need time to stabilize
Present strategic recommendations that balance short-term performance with long-term growth
Challenge client assumptions when data suggests a different path forward
Lead weekly strategy calls with founders, CMOs, and marketing directors
Translate complex attribution data, funnel metrics, and channel performance into clear business insights
Proactively flag issues before they become problems (and bring solutions, not just alerts)
Navigate difficult conversations about underperformance, budget constraints, or strategic pivots
Build trust through consistent strategic value, not just pleasant interactions
Monitor campaign performance across channels and identify optimization opportunities
Understand how attribution windows, conversion lag, and data delays affect reported metrics
Run independent analysis reports (80% without senior strategist involvement)
Create customized dashboards that surface the metrics clients actually care about
Connect marketing metrics to business outcomes (revenue, LTV, unit economics)
Work with media buyers to implement optimization recommendations
Partner with creative team on asset development and testing strategies
Coordinate with email marketing team on lifecycle campaigns and promotional calendars
Manage project timelines across creative, web development, and campaign launches
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks during high-intensity periods (Q4, product launches)
Qualification
Required
4+ years in performance marketing or client-facing digital marketing roles
Deep understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display), and multi-channel attribution
Experience with Connected TV advertising and measurement (or eagerness to learn quickly)
Proficiency in analyzing attribution data across platforms and building performance narratives
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
Experience managing clients with $100K+ monthly ad spend
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Proven ability to have difficult conversations and maintain client relationships
Comfortable working in remote, asynchronous environments with distributed teams
Preferred
Experience in agency settings strongly preferred (in-house experience must demonstrate equivalent client-facing strategic work)
