Hands-on project experience in the lending / loan / financing domain (very important)
Practical, working experience with Salesforce (implementation, configuration, or requirements phase)
Proven ability to understand business needs and convert them into clear, detailed, actionable requirements
Solid analytical thinking and a proactive, self-driven working style
