Responsibilities
Lead and manage fast-track, open-store retail remodeling projects
Oversee day-to-day field operations while maintaining store operations during construction
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and safety requirements
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client standards
Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Superintendent on open-store retail remodeling projects
Strong background in fast-track remodeling environments
Ability to manage active retail spaces with minimal disruption
Excellent scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with extensive travel
Benefits

$250 per week per diem
