AP + Payroll Administrator

Mt. Hood Meadows Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded Payroll Accountant / Payroll Specialist to join their Accounting Department. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for a dynamic and seasonal workforce while supporting key Accounts Payable and general accounting functions.

Responsibilities

Manage bi-weekly payroll operations
Support payroll-related accounting functions
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership
Support and train end users on Accounts Payable systems and processes
Administer the NetSuite Accounts Payable system
Process manual A/P checks
Manage the corporate credit card program
Respond to A/P inquiries from Mount Hood Meadows personnel and related companies
Help ensure payroll and A/P accuracy, regulatory compliance, and exceptional internal customer service

Required

Requires prior experience equivalent to three years of progressively responsible administrative experience in payroll administration
Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
18 years of age or older
Proficient MS Office, Word and Outlook skills
Advanced Excel knowledge
Prior experience with Accounting Systems and Payroll applications
Demonstrated analytical ability, maturity and judgment
Capacity to work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously
Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate in a professional manner
Employment in this position is subject to satisfactory background screening
