Responsibilities

Provide direct management and mentorship to Physicians and the Lead Operator, including regular 1:1s, clinical observations, and performance reviews

Lead recruitment efforts for clinical staff in partnership with Talent Acquisition

Cascade updates to clinical workflows, protocols, and practice changes in alignment with medical leadership

Collaborate with medical leadership to maintain high clinical quality, governance, and readiness for inspections

Oversee core operational functions including inventory management, facilities, cleaning standards, hospitality delivery, appointment slot management, training & onboarding, and bug monitoring/reporting

Support the Lead Operator in maintaining daily clinic flow, operational discipline, and consistently high-quality patient experience

Maintain full staffing coverage in coordination with the Workforce Scheduler

Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and internal Neko SOPs

Monitor and analyze key clinic performance metrics such as rebooking rate, CSAT, NPS, utilization, throughput, and overall quality of care

Oversee incident reporting, risk management, and timely resolution of patient concerns in partnership with Customer Care

Partner with medical leadership to continually evaluate and elevate the quality of medical care delivered
