Responsibilities

Research, design, implement and manage Marketing Cloud solutions
Develop data model structures, data flows, formulas and workflow automation
Develop solution documents, requirement documents, discovery documents for internal and external review
Work on multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
Develop quality assurance procedures
Provide quality assurance and user acceptance testing support as required
Coordinate and communicate with an international team of project resources
Demonstrate proposed solutions to clients and internal teams
Manage task and work tickets, including description and acceptance criteria
Work in tandem with project managers and development teams to ensure on-time, on-budget work products

Required

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certified
Experience with development and management of marketing and communication campaign automation
Evaluation of analytics and reporting for marketing decision making
Social channel management as part of a larger marketing strategy
Knowledge of both b2b and b2c marketing and communication is a plus
Oral and written English communication skills
Able to multitask and prioritize multiple projects/clients and deadlines
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
