Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of various office machines and office software programs
Willingness to learn basic computer knowledge with home health computer systems, OASIS, plan of care and regulations
Knowledge or willingness to learn the insurance authorization process of various insurance companies
Preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology
