Manager, Audience Acquisition Marketing

Responsibilities

Deliver high conversion lead generation marketing campaigns driving event ticket sales
Execute email marketing campaigns for SAPinsider events and summits to drive paid ticket conversions and qualified leads for the Audience Acquisition sales team
Set up, launch, and optimize multi‑wave email and digital campaigns (nurtures, reminders, last‑chance pushes) focused on driving paid registrations and attendance, not just leads
Set up all campaign assets (emails, landing pages, forms, tracking links, promo codes) and QA them end‑to‑end so that every click, registration, and payment is tracked correctly
Draft, test, and refine outreach messaging (emails, ads, landing page copy) for different segments and seniority levels, with constant A/B tests to improve open, click, and paid‑conversion rates
Build, clean, and maintain event prospect and attendee lists by pulling data from CRM, marketing automation, third‑party tools, and partner lists, ensuring accurate segmentation for each campaign
Maintain up‑to‑date campaign and registration trackers, ensuring the team has a single source of truth for ticket sales by event, channel, and audience segment
Draft, test, and refine outreach messaging (emails, ads, landing page copy) for different segments and seniority levels, with constant A/B tests to improve open, click, and paid‑conversion rates
Coordinate with web and product teams to ensure event landing pages, registration flows, and confirmation pages are conversion‑optimized, mobile‑friendly, and aligned with current campaign messaging
Maintain up‑to‑date campaign and registration trackers, ensuring the team has a single source of truth for ticket sales by event, channel, and audience segment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
2+ years of event attendee campaign execution (paid registrations, attendance rate, pipeline influenced), ideally for conferences or large scale events
Proven expertise in event and digital campaign execution: email, paid social, search retargeting and partner campaigns tied to registration and ticket sales revenue goals
Strong proficiency with marketing automation and CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Brevo/Marketo plus Salesforce), including segmentation, multi‑step nurtures, and campaign attribution for events
Solid data and analytics skills: ability to build and interpret dashboards, track ticket sales, email campaign performance, salesforce ticket pipeline analysis, website traffic analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive attendee messaging and translate performance into clear updates for leadership
Proven experience in building compelling event websites and mobile applications featuring session content, speakers bio's, sponsor profiles and attendee experiences
Proven experience with managing targeted email and newsletter campaigns to drive individual attendee and group registrations

Preferred

Experience in B2B technology or enterprise software events is strongly preferred; familiarity with senior IT, finance, security, development and operations audiences is a strong plus
