Responsibilities

Create adaptive, responsive, and user-friendly forms using AEM and Adobe Acrobat PDF
Lead the transformation from the current AEM-based solution to a new, yet-to-be-defined platform
Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams and external vendors
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance
Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

5+ years working with AEM Forms, Adobe Acrobat PDF, and JavaScript
Strong background in banking and treasury management processes
Deep understanding of AEM architecture, form customization, and workflow automation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and facilitation abilities
Expert ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues creatively and efficiently
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related degree

Preferred

Familiarity with Salesforce integration is a plus
