Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within electrical power distribution markets
Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, contractors, system integrators, and distribution partners
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline across multiple verticals, including industrial, commercial, energy, and infrastructure
Deliver sales presentations, product briefings, and technical overviews tailored to customer needs
Represent the organization professionally in all external interactions
Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned customer accounts
Partner with internal technical and commercial teams to support proposal development and project execution
Gather customer requirements and market feedback to inform product and process improvements
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts within CRM tools
Foster long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-through

Required

5+ years of sales experience in electrical equipment, power distribution, industrial systems, or engineered products
Experience selling through or alongside distribution and OEM channels
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Proficiency with standard business software and CRM systems
Ability to work in a manufacturing or technical office environment
Willingness to travel occasionally for business needs
Professional presentation and customer-facing demeanor

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Background in engineered-to-order or custom industrial products
Familiarity with electrical system design or power distribution architecture
Ongoing technical training, certifications, or professional development
