Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day field operations for water and wastewater construction projects
Supervise crews and subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with plans and specifications
Coordinate project sequencing, manpower, equipment, and material deliveries
Enforce site safety programs and maintain a strong safety culture
Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and owners
Review plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure constructability and quality execution
Track daily progress, maintain field documentation, and support project reporting
Resolve field issues and proactively address schedule or productivity challenges
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in water/wastewater or heavy civil construction
Experience with treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, or utility infrastructure
Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Proven ability to manage field crews and subcontractors
Commitment to safety, quality, and team leadership
Willingness to travel or work on project sites as needed
