Responsibilities
Lead execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from early planning through commissioning and closeout
Manage project budgets, forecasting, schedules, and change management
Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal owners, utilities, engineers, and regulatory stakeholders
Coordinate with preconstruction, estimating, design, procurement, and field operations
Drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all project phases
Mentor and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and field staff
Qualification
Required
Strong experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects
Lead execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from early planning through commissioning and closeout
Manage project budgets, forecasting, schedules, and change management
Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal owners, utilities, engineers, and regulatory stakeholders
Coordinate with preconstruction, estimating, design, procurement, and field operations
Drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all project phases
Mentor and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and field staff
Strong experience managing water/wastewater or heavy civil infrastructure projects
Experience with treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, reservoirs, or conveyance systems
Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and regulatory environments
