Responsibilities
Support the team by analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and contributing to the development of solutions
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improvement
Assist in preparing reports and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in identifying, interpreting, and solving complex problems
Experience or knowledge in Business Analysis, Business Process improvement, and development of strategies
Excellent Communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams effectively
Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or other analytical and reporting tools
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with financial services or related industries is a plus
