Head of Growth
Adapty.io is a revenue OS for app businesses, focused on consumer app monetization. They are seeking a Head of Growth to develop and own growth strategies, manage a high-performing team, and drive customer acquisition and retention at scale.

Responsibilities
Develop and own the growth strategy and roadmap: define ambitious growth objectives (e.g., MRR and user base targets) and the initiatives to achieve them. Continuously refine our product-led growth strategy in alignment with overall company goals
Build the team: build and lead a high-performing growth team. Mentor existing team members (content, marketing ops, etc.) and fill key gaps. Foster a data-driven team culture that encourages testing and learning
Set up metrics tracking: establish clear KPIs and dashboards for growth (e.g., MRR, CAC, activation rate, retention rate). Monitor performance closely and report progress and learnings to the leadership team. Ensure that growth initiatives are deeply data-driven, with clear measurement of impact across the funnel
Manage our tone of voice and external communications: work with the software engineer audience to be the voice of Adapty in public across all our communications
Qualification
Required
You have a proven track record: you should be able to demonstrate significant growth in user acquisition and revenue (for example, by citing percentage growth or MRR increases you have led)
You have deep knowledge of the app market: ideally, you know how to monetize mobile apps with in-app subscriptions, work with paywalls, drive user acquisition, and more. You are a professional in the mobile market and can hold a conversation with other app makers. You understand their pains, know how Adapty can solve them, and know our product cold
You have experience with B2B SaaS: you are familiar with various marketing channels (conferences, emails, CRM) including performance marketing. You understand multitouch attribution and cross-channel marketing
You have proven leadership experience: you have a strong track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams and can demonstrate it with numbers
You're crazy about numbers and unit economics: you have exceptional data analysis skills. You handle marketing metrics carefully, understand unit economics (and can build a simple financial/P&L model), set benchmarks, and plan profitable, sustainable marketing strategies
You can generate lots of growth ideas and aren't afraid if 80% of them turn out to be a bad fit
You have great taste in tech product design
You're a strong leader and can build and motivate a high-performing team
You communicate easily in English, both with customers and within the team
