Home Health Director of Quality & Compliance – Active Massachusetts RN Required
MDAEdge is seeking an experienced Director of Quality and Compliance for a home health agency. The role involves leading regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff education programs to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and promote exceptional patient care standards.

Responsibilities
Serve as the agency's regulatory and quality leader, ensuring compliance with home health regulations
Direct quality assurance and performance improvement programs including utilization review, infection control, patient satisfaction, and outcome measurement
Oversee onboarding and continuing education programs to maintain staff competence and regulatory compliance
Use data analytics to evaluate clinical performance and implement evidence-based improvements that exceed national benchmarks
Support value-based purchasing initiatives through data-driven program development
Participate in an administrative on-call rotation every 6–8 weeks and provide coverage for 1–2 holidays per year
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts required
OASIS certification required or obtainable within 12 months
HCS-D or BCHH-C coding certification required or obtainable within 12 months
Minimum 5 years of recent home health experience
At least 3 years in a leadership or quality management role within home health care
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Demonstrated ability to manage staff education and performance improvement programs
Reliable transportation required
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
