Serve as the functional expert for movement control processes, including flight tracking, disruption management, and operational recovery
Collaborate with technical teams to translate operational requirements into system functionality
Support testing, validation, and implementation of movement control solutions
Provide guidance to enhance operational resilience and minimize delays
Assist in training and knowledge transfer for operational teams
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of experience in airline operations with a focus on flight movement control or OCC functions
Strong understanding of flight operations, disruption handling, and decision support
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work onsite in DFW and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Energetic, adaptable, and open to learning and development
Previous experience in movement control systems or airline operational control
