Using modeling software and tools to contribute to the successful completion of construction projects within established timelines
Qualification
Required
Experience with Architectural Drawings and proficiency in interpreting and creating detailed technical plans
Proficiency in painting techniques, including Paint and Spray Painting skills, with attention to detail and quality
Expertise in Carpentry and related construction techniques to ensure structural and design integrity
Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency with BIM/VDC software and tools is highly desirable
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in a similar role within the architectural, construction, or design industry is beneficial
