Handle day-to-day accounting, financial reporting & investor-focused requirements for a portfolio of funds
Financial statement preparation
Month-end close
Valuation analysis
Investor accounting
Business partnering internally with acquisitions, investor relations, and asset management teams
Qualification
Required
BS, Accounting, Finance, or related
2+ years of public accounting experience or corporate / fund accounting experience
Experience with real estate clients or in a real estate firm
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships cross-functionally working with a variety of different teams in a dynamic organization
Strong accounting skills, GAAP, financial reporting and audit / controls skills
Excellent systems skills
Desire to grow and develop long-term with the company
