Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is a leading equipment rental company striving to be the customer's first choice in the industry. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative for their Climate Control Service to rent and sell portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and temporary heaters while developing customer relationships and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Renting and selling our diverse line of portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and temporary heaters within assigned territory
Cultivating existing accounts and developing new ones
Working closely with our General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions providing turn-key solutions utilizing Sunbelt’s wide array of equipment and services
Working closely with the Sale Reps and Managers throughout the organization maximizing our penetration within a new and existing customer base

Qualification

Direct sales experienceNew business developmentProject managementCustomer retention skillsSolution-selling approachBachelor’s degreeHigh volume sales experienceHVAC industry experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC industry
2+ years of direct sales experience
Current/valid driver's license in good standing, and proof of auto insurance
Project management, new business development and customer retention skills
Sales track record in solution-selling approach
High volume sales experience
